At StarBulao.com, we are committed to delivering exceptional celebrity experiences for your special moments. Whether you are booking a personalized video message or a live appearance for an event, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.

Due to the nature of our services, including personalized video messages and live event bookings, all purchases are final and non-returnable. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after booking
• Personal dislike of the content of the message or appearance style
• Delay in response due to incorrect user contact information

However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The booked celebrity fails to deliver the message or attend the event without prior notice or valid reason
• Technical issues or errors on our platform that prevent service delivery and are verifiable
• If a booking is cancelled from our side due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances

Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date or event. You can contact us at events@starbulao.com or call 9464449526 with your booking ID and reason for refund request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

For personalized video messages, minor changes may be allowed before the message is recorded, but once production has started, no changes can be made. For live appearances, date and time modifications are subject to the availability of the celebrity and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event.
