1. Company’s Authority

The Client and every guest agree to follow all instructions made by or on behalf of StarBulao.com in the interest of safety and order. The company’s decision in any such case shall be final. If any behavior is considered disruptive or unsafe, StarBulao may ask the individual(s) to leave without any refund or liability.

2. Booking Confirmation

Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written/email confirmation along with a 50% deposit. Until this is received, StarBulao.com reserves the right to offer the date to other clients.

3. Change of Event Date

If the client requests a change of date more than 30 days before the event, a 10% administrative fee will apply. No changes are permitted within 30 days of the event date; the full fee will be charged.

4. Refund Policy

• Once a booking is confirmed, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• If cancelled within 60 days of the event date, 100% of the total contracted price is payable.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

5. Artist/Performer Substitution

If an artist becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, StarBulao.com will provide a suitable replacement or offer an alternative solution. The client will be informed promptly.

6. Copyright and Media

All images and videos captured by StarBulao.com or its representatives remain the property of StarBulao.com. Clients may use media provided in their package, but ownership remains with the company.

7. Display and Marketing Rights

Clients grant permission for StarBulao.com to use images/videos for marketing purposes including website, social media, brochures, exhibitions, and advertisements. Media will not be sold or used for any third-party commercial purpose without written consent.

8. Liability for Damage or Loss

The client is responsible for any damage to equipment, transport, or property caused by themselves or their guests. StarBulao.com is not responsible for personal property loss unless due to negligence by our staff.

9. Website Disclaimer

While we strive for accurate and up-to-date information on our website, StarBulao.com makes no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of content.
• The absence of viruses or other harmful components.
• The uninterrupted and error-free functioning of the website.
• The merchantability or fitness of materials or content for any specific purpose.

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our website.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Punjab.
